We encourage our clients to be present on site if possible so that they can observe our work and sit down to discuss the property once our job is done.

After reading our detailed reports a buyer has a clear understanding of what they are actually buying. In the case of pre-sale inspections, the home owner is able to rectify any identified problems to ensure a smoother sale. Having current inspection reports available at auctions is a valuable selling tool.
